Job summary

Stantec in Canada NB seeks a Protection and Control Engineer to contribute to power generation, transmission, and industrial projects. You will design protection, control, and automation systems and lead project work from concept to commissioning.

The role requires a P.Eng., 5+ years' experience, and strong teamwork with clients; French is welcome; on-site work across NB/QC; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and regulatory body membership.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs, prepare proposals, estimates, and scope definitions.
• Design protection, control, automation, and supervisory systems for facilities and networks.
• Act as Discipline Lead and/or Project Manager for varying scope and complexity.
