Fidelity Investments Canada ULC is seeking a Prospectus Operations Manager to oversee the retail and institutional product distribution processes for mutual funds, ETFs, and pooled offerings. The Prospectus Operations Manager is primarily responsible for the management of Fidelity Investments Canada ULC’s (“FIC”) retail and institutional product distribution process as it relates to new mutual funds, ETFs, renewal and amendment filings, and pooled fund offerings. The successful candidate will manage all key aspects of FIC’s product launch and renewal processes, including but not limited to the preparation of offering and amendment documents, board materials, material contract amendments, being the key point of contact between FIC Legal and internal business units and external providers, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
The Prospectus Operations Manager will support a team of lawyers, law clerks and legal translators, and will act as the primary liaison between FIC Legal and FIC Retail and Institutional Product and other key internal personnel for new and existing product offering related matters.
