Fidelity Investments Canada ULC is seeking a Prospectus Operations Manager to lead the creation and renewal of mutual fund, ETF, and institutional product documents. You will coordinate with Legal, business units, and external providers to meet deadlines, manage filing processes, and ensure accuracy of board materials and related contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with offering document disclosure for retail/institutional funds or 3+ years of legal/project management experience in a financial institution.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Nice to have: Canadian Securities Law Course, IFIC Mutual Fund Course.

Responsibilities

• Draft offering documents for private and public funds under lawyer supervision.
• Create filing timetables and schedules with timely inputs from business units.
• Review and validate product brief information.
• Manage fund documents using an automated system and coordinate with legal/translators.
• Lead weekly filing update meetings and maintain related MS Teams site.
• Support legal reviews of marketing materials and MRFP processes.
