Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Prospectus Operations Manager in Toronto, with hybrid flexibility. You will manage the product offering document processes for funds and accounts, coordinating with Legal and internal teams to ensure timely filings and updates.

The role requires at least 3 years in offering document disclosure or related project management in a financial institution or law firm, and a university degree or equivalent experience. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with legal/document drafting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage mutual fund/ETF/Institutional product offering document workflows.
• Draft offering documents under lawyer supervision and track filing timetables.
• Coordinate with Legal, internal teams and external providers; maintain templates and checklists.
• Lead weekly review meetings and ensure accurate, timely document delivery.
