Job summary

Fidelity Investments Canada ULC is seeking a Prospectus Operations Manager to oversee the retail and institutional product distribution processes for mutual funds, ETFs, and pooled offerings. You will coordinate with Legal, internal business units and external providers to ensure timely filings and amendments.

This role supports a legal team, liaises with lawyers, board operations, and translators, and drives the preparation of offering documents, board materials, and related filings.

Responsibilities

• Draft offering documents for private and public investment funds and accounts under the supervision of a lawyer.
• Create filing timetables and work-back schedules, ensuring inputs are received on time.
• Review and validate product brief information.
• Manage FIC Legal’s process to initiate and make changes to fund facts documents using an automated system.
• Liaise with lawyers, the prospectus review team, board operations manager, board of directors, and internal/external translators on product offering matters.
• Oversee ETF listing application process, including ticker reservations and maintenance of ticker expiry dates.
