Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Pursuit Specialist to lead complex RFP responses across Canada. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, shape win strategies, and ensure compliant, high-impact proposals that reflect the firm’s unique value propositions. Collaboration with marketing, PR, and technical teams is essential for success.

You will guide content development, manage deadlines, and prepare interview materials to defend pursuit outcomes, while aligning with brand standards and client goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading responses to complex and detailed RFPs.
• Experience with Federal proposals is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional business writing skills with tailored responses to RFPs.
• Ability to integrate AI into daily workflows to improve efficiency and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct elements of complex RFP and pursuit efforts.
• Preposition for must-win strategic pursuits, including win themes and capture planning.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings and manage schedules and responsibilities.
• Coordinate content development to ensure consistent messaging and compliance.
• Lead interview preparation and pursuit-related communications.
• Develop high-impact proposals and pursuit materials in brand alignment.
• Support client development and account management activities.
