Job summary

HOK in Canada seeks a marketing proposals specialist to lead the technical and creative development of proposals, qualifications, brochures, and presentations.

You will write effective responses, help describe projects and personnel, and keep Canada’s marketing materials up to date. You will work with the Canadian marketing team, studio leaders, design teams, and global professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English literature, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to communicate technical information clearly.
• Intermediate InDesign and PowerPoint skills required; Photoshop/Illustrator are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports the development and production of proposals, qualifications, brochures, and presentations.
• Assists writing effective proposal responses, project and personnel descriptions, and award submittals.
• Maintains and updates Canada’s marketing materials including case studies and team resumes.
• Collaborates with the Canadian marketing team, studio leaders, design teams, and global professionals.
