Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Coordinator will support proposal responses, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused content. Responsibilities include managing proposal activities, integrating information across formats, and supporting team collaboration.

The Proposal Coordinator Will Be Responsible For
  • Implementing the proposal process to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions that highlight Graham's capabilities.
  • Offering solutions to moderate scope and complexity problems.
  • Managing client documents and proposal response team communication.
  • Understanding solicitation requirements, establishing schedules, and coordinating responsibilities.
  • Updating responsibility and compliance matrices.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks according to the proposal schedule.
  • Supporting business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitating content review meetings.
  • Editing narratives for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Maintaining document libraries.
  • Focusing on proposal milestones and deadlines.
  • Planning weekly deliverables with end goals in mind.
  • Adhering to Graham's proposal management processes.
What You Need To Succeed
  • A diploma or degree in communication, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, construction experience is a plus.
  • Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, MS Office, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
