Job summary

GIRO Inc., a Quebec-based software company serving public transport and postal operations, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Montreal. You will collaborate with proposal managers to craft responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, and ensure documents are accurate, compliant and well-presented.

You will translate documents as needed, prepare corporate sections, manage templates, and keep the proposal intranet up to date.

Qualifications

• College diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of related proposal or sales support experience.
• Strong planning, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent writing in French and English.
• Autonomy and initiative with proactive problem solving.
• Familiarity with proposal tools (Responsive.io or Loopio) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and suggest improvements to sales documents (proposals, letters, presentations).
• Assemble and format documents for proposals and tenders.
• Maintain and organize the proposal team’s intranet (Dynamics 365, SharePoint).
• Translate proposal documents as needed and tailor responses.
• Prepare corporate and administrative sections of proposals.
• Support RFIs/RFPs under guidance from proposal managers.
