Job summary

GFL Environmental is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Canada to join our Team Green. The role focuses on developing proposals for RFPs and RFQs, coordinating with Sales and Operations to prepare qualification documents, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.

You will support contractual reviews, maintain critical proposal documents, and contribute to competitive responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Strong writing and editing abilities are essential.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce deadline-sensitive deliverables such as qualification packages and document reviews.
• Maintain priority documents required for proposals.
• Assist with development of timely, high-quality proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs.
• Assist with contractual reviews and other tasks as assigned by management.

Position Overview:

As an integral member of our dynamic team, the Proposal Coordinator will possess a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial ability. The Proposal Coordinator will effectively collaborate with Sales and Operation teams in the development of exceptional RFP and client qualification related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upkeep of priority documents required for proposals
• Assists with the development of timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, etc.
• Assists with contractual reviews
• Other tasks as assigned by management
