• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science, Electrical, Mechanical.
• 2+ years of experience in proposal development or bid management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel & Word).
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative with ability to cultivate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to determine scope, requirements, and deadlines.
• Lead and coordinate the proposal development process from initiation to submission.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and legal teams to gather content.
• Write, edit, and format high quality proposal documents.
• Ensure proposals meet client specifications and internal LoA standards.
• Maintain and update proposal templates and content libraries.
• Monitor proposal outcomes, KPI metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support bid/no bid process and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with bid team on complex quotes and provide coverage when needed.
• Participate in bid team meetings and drive process improvements.

What will you do?

• Monitor proposal outcomes, quote logs, KPI metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support bid/no bid process, pre-qualification efforts and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate and support overall bid team on complex quotes and provide coverage when team members are absent or overloaded
• Actively participate in bid team meetings, take on initiatives and bring process improvements to a close.
• Drive growth mindset for continuous learning in technology and solutions to solve our customer challenges and exceed customer expectations.

Bilingualism requirement

The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):

• The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally;
• The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
• The role requires using software or technology that is available only in English;
• The role requires liaising with foreign regulatory and governmental agencies based in the United States and/or Europe;
