Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll help improve work order management, standardize maintenance practices and inventory, contribute to capital planning and support the continued modernization of the Facilities department. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and developing people.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations while leading maintenance staff and coordinating contractors. You’ll ensure building systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, BAS, plumbing, electrical and fire/life safety systems, are operating efficiently while prioritizing repairs, managing preventative maintenance and responding to operational issues.
You’re a building operations professional with five (5)+ years of experience with strong technical knowledge of building systems and previous leadership experience. You understand how buildings operate, can troubleshoot issues, determine root causes and know when to engage contractors. Organized, collaborative and process-driven, you enjoy improving operations and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
