Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Penticton, BC seeks a Property Manager in Training to join our team. You will help ensure properties are well-maintained, fully rented, and that staff uphold our customer service standards.

The role trains you to become our Property Manager in the future, with duties spanning daily on-site operations, rent collections, and leasing applications. You will contribute to tenant satisfaction, coordinate move-ins/outs, inspections, and work orders, and help achieve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management role.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with tenants and staff.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily on-site operations to ensure properties are well-maintained and fully rented.
• Help oversee rent collections and leasing applications.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, scheduling, and inspections; create work orders as needed.
• Regularly inspect common areas and buildings and recommend repairs or replacements.

is looking for a Property Manager in Training to join in Penticton, BC !

You will help to ensure the properties are well-maintained, fully rented and staff are upholding our customer service standards.

Assisting in the management of daily on-site operations of your properties, you will help the Property Manager to oversee rent collections, leasing applications, and maintain top-level tenant satisfaction!

This position will train you to become our Property Manager in the future!

Your contributions to the team include: Maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication Ensuring vacancy goals are met including showing available suites and administering leasing applications Assisting all move-in and move-out scheduling, coordination and inspections Regularly inspect grounds, interior hallways, and all common hallways and make recommendations for physical repairs and/or replacement and create work orders as needed Confirming all vacant units/areas are ready to lease

What you need to be successful: Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability Effective computer skills including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience using an ERP considered an asset High degree of professionalism/diplomacy A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

You will be eligible to receive wages starting from $44,000.00 to $55,000 per year*, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
