Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for University Heights in Victoria, Canada. The role oversees daily operations, budgeting, leasing activities, and staff management to meet financial and occupancy targets.

A Real Estate license and extensive property management experience are preferred. Responsibilities include enforcing leases, coordinating with vendors, analyzing market data, and ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum property management experience managing apartment communities, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial reports.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rents and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage relationships with contractors and owners.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspects units, and handles renewals and notices.
• Monitor market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees, and manage performance.
