Position Summary: As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll handle a diverse range of responsibilities, from prospect communication and leasing activities to maintaining property standards and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will collaborate with the broader property management team. Every day will present new opportunities for you to make a difference and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Communication and Leasing: Manage quality communication and customer support for each prospect. Assist in leasing suites with specific leasing goals in mind.
• Application Processing: Ensure accuracy and completeness of prospective resident applications, credit information, landlord, and employer references before review. Review prospect inquiries daily and schedule appointments.
