canadaiv Inc. is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee rental agents and superintendents at our on-site location. You will negotiate leases, ensure contractual terms are met, and manage support staff performing maintenance, clerical, and operational duties.

Responsibilities include preparing contracts, coordinating repairs, monitoring costs, and maintaining expense/income records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years or more experience in property management.
• On-site work at physical location only.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel and Yardi system.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
