Job summary

Armco Capital Inc. is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day upkeep of the property, apartment turnover preparation, and various maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance of interior and exterior areas, basic repairs, snow removal, and coordinating with residents. On-the-job training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, renovations, or general labour is considered an asset.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Valid driver's license is considered an asset.

• Move and install equipment, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Respond to basic resident service requests.
