Job summary

LWDH is seeking a Property Housekeeping and Groundskeeping Worker to perform routine housekeeping for accommodation units and light groundskeeping at rental locations. You will travel to sites, prep units for guests, and adhere to booking schedules with a focus on safety and quality.

The role does not involve complex maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, light grounds work, and assisting with promo materials as directed by the Manager of Education,

Qualifications

• Familiarity with housekeeping/cleaning practices, supplies and equipment.
• Working knowledge of light groundskeeping work and safety practices.
• Ability to safely use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services to LWDH accommodation units, including cleaning, restocking, and laundry as needed.
• Follow light or deep cleaning schedules as outlined in work plans.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required while cleaning.
• Participate in waste management and recycling routines.
• Dust, mop, vacuum floors and disinfect living areas.
