Job summary

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Junior Property Administrator to manage an apartment community, coordinate leasing, and support daily operations. You will build relationships with residents, vendors, and coworkers while upholding Centurion’s standards.

You’ll inspect units, process applications, and maintain records. Proactive communication with the Senior Property Manager and timely responses to inquiries are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education; some relevant post-secondary preferred.
• Experience in Property Management is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi property management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster positive relationships with co-workers, Vendors and Residents.
• Handle Resident inquiries, feedback, complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect vacant suites and complete move-in/move-out inspections.
• Prepare notices and correspondence; maintain records and purchase orders.
• Market, show and rent apartments; respond to inquiries and applications.
• Perform landlord reference checks and credit checks; process leases.
• Maintain office organization and document flow; liaison with service providers.
• Notify Senior Property Manager of deficiencies or issues requiring attention.
