Job summary

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee professional operation, management, administration and leasing of a Centurion apartment community.

The role ensures resources, contracts, tools, and supplies are managed within budgets and standards, delivering quality living spaces and strong resident relations. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will market and rent apartments, collect deposits, manage maintenance work orders, and be available to handle

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in customer service and/or property management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster positive relationships with co-workers and Residents; resolve concerns promptly.
• Professionally handle all Resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints to drive satisfaction and community.
• Market, show and rent apartments; process applications and deposits; ensure rent-readiness and turnover quality.
• Be accessible 24/7 for essential service and emergencies; enforce fire and life safety procedures.
