Job summary

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking a Junior Property Administrator to manage, administer and lease Centurion properties with a focus on resident experience and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will coordinate contracts, tools and supplies to maintain assets within budget and standards. The role emphasizes resident relations, timely communications, and collaboration with vendors while ensuring rent readiness and accurate records across the property

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with property management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with coworkers, Vendors and Residents and resolve concerns promptly.
• Handle Resident inquiries, feedback and complaints with professionalism and courtesy to ensure satisfaction.
• Market, show and rent apartments, respond to inquiries, collect deposits and process applications.
• Maintain records, prepare correspondence, and assist with move-ins/move-outs as needed.
