We are looking for a property accountant to join Oxford’s North American Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting for a specific portfolio of Canadian assets. Responsibilities include general ledger accounting, preparing financial statements, reviewing financial statement results, preparing analysis on an individual and/or consolidated portfolio basis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing accounting support to the operations group.
This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a complex environment. Experience working in the real estate industry and large organization with a complex legal entity structure is an asset.
