Job summary

DELARTIS DESIGNS in Canada is seeking a Project Site Lead to manage site operations, bridge design intent with construction, enforce quality benchmarks, and ensure timely completion within budget.

You will lead turnkey interior fit-outs and architectural construction sites, supervise contractors, and drive zero-compromise safety and snag-free delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading turnkey interior fit-outs and architectural construction sites.
• Strong leadership skills with proven authority over sub-contractors, vendors, and site labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, contractor schedules, material deliveries, and manpower deployment.
• Enforce strict quality control standards for civil work, MEP installations, custom joinery, flooring, and paint finishes.
• Review Good-For-Construction (GFC) drawings on site and resolve technical execution clashes with design teams.
• Maintain site measurement logs, bill verification, progress reports, and snag lists.
• Ensure zero-compromise safety protocols, site cleanliness, and professional decorum at all project locations.
