North Bay Regional Health Centre is seeking a project Registered Nurse within the Patient Flow portfolio to support the CBD Improvement Initiative. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating patient flow strategies to reduce avoidable acute care days and optimize bed utilization.

You will work with physicians, nursing, allied health, and community partners to identify barriers, coordinate activities, and drive measurable improvements in patient transitions and resource use.
