Zusammenfassung

Alberta Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to act as a Patient Flow Coordinator at Stollery Children's Hospital. The role focuses on promoting optimal patient flow, collaborating with bed management and other teams, and using data tools to remove discharge barriers while supporting site flow in real time.

This is a temporary part-time position with 0.40 FTE and will require engagement with UNA bargaining unit.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.

• Promote optimal patient flow by facilitating effective management of patient access to services.
• Monitor and support site flow using data analytics, connect care reports/dashboards and other tools.
• Participate in site presentations and events related to flow.
• Provide safe, quality patient and family centered care while upholding hospital values.
