Alstom in Saint-Bruno is seeking an Innovation coach to oversee a portfolio of up to five projects or startup collaborations. You will drive acceleration and implementation plans, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure measurable value and stakeholder alignment.

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and innovation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll drive the success of a portfolio of up to five projects or startup collaborations, supporting them throughout the Acceleration and Implementation stages, with a focus on delivering measurable value and impactful outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (platforms, regions, departments), provide essential support to project development, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and monitoring acceleration and implementation plans, but also identifying key collaboration opportunities with external partners, such as startups.
