Job summary

Buildots is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team in North America. Based in Toronto with a hybrid schedule, you will own project setup, execution and ongoing system maintenance to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Operations, Customer Success, Product and Sales, manage risks, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement for scalable delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, IT or related field; PMP is a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years leading complex, technical project programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient with PM tools (preferably Jira) and AI-enabled workflow design.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and collaboration across time zones.
  • Attention to detail and structured problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead North American projects from kickoff through full go-live and ensure on-time implementations.
  • Oversee system setup, client requests, and long-term stability of our delivery platform.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Operations, Customer Success, Product & Sales.
  • Identify risks and escalate bottlenecks to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Track KPIs and report on project health and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery workflows for scalability.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Delivery Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team in a pivotal year of scale. In this role, you will own project setup, execution, and ongoing system maintenance—ensuring our internal teams stay aligned and our system is fully enabled to deliver a seamless client experience and long-term value. You will lead cross-functional efforts, juggle multiple priorities, and drive project success through strong organization, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.

What You’ll Do
  • Project Setup & Implementation: Lead North American projects from kickoff through full go-live. Manage delivery timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.
  • Operational Ownership: Oversee our system setup, client requests, and overall system stability, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal teams- Operations, Customer Success, Product & Sales. Build strong relationships, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and client concerns. Escalate as needed and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks and drive client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: track and report on KPIs to measure delivery success and project health.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews, analyze results, identify trends, and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Location&TimeZone:BasedintheU.S.orCanadaEasternorCentralTimeZonetoalignwithglobaldeliveryschedules.Thisroleishybrid;youwouldbeexpectedtoworkfromourTorontooffice2–3daysperweek.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects in fast-paced, global technology environments, including distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent project management training) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira preferred)
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and designing automated workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills - a people-oriented leader with charisma and the ability to inspire collaboration and trust.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex systems, drill down into details, and apply structured problem-solving.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and apply data to inform decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently while staying focused in a distributed work setting.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, can‑do attitude and passion for delivering results and driving continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is CAD $110,000-$140,000. In addition, we also offer an equity package in the form of stock-option grants.
