Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders in Canada is seeking a Team Lead, Project Management in Southern Ontario. You will lead and develop a diverse team of project managers, translating strategy into actionable plans and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that delivers value to clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years leading and developing project managers in a professional services setting.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support career development.

• Professional designation such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, or Registered Architect is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

What you Bring

• A degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience leading and developing project managers or other professionals within a professional services environment
• Passion and experience building high-performing teams through effective coaching, mentorship, performance management and career development support
• A strong understanding of professional services business models, including workforce planning, resource management, utilisation, and team growth strategies.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trust across teams and levels of the organization.
• Experience supporting business growth through client relationship management and account development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing support to team members.
• A professional designation such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, Registered Architect, or a similar credential are considered strong asset

Expected Compensation:

Expected Compensation: $114,416 – $153,197 per year (CAD). This range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration. Annual bonus opportunities are in addition to base salary.
