Job summary

Raise is hiring a Project Manager / Service Delivery Lead for a client in Canada. The role is remote with a 36-month contract, focusing on coordinating the joint delivery team, resource planning, and governance across multiple workstreams.

You will manage JIRA workflows, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, quality delivery. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management or IT service delivery, strong governance, and experience with enterprise maintenance

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of project management or IT service delivery experience.
• Experience managing enterprise IT application maintenance and support engagements.
• Strong experience coordinating multi-vendor teams and distributed resources.
• Delivery governance, resource planning and risk management experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, work allocation and service reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA.

• Prepare monthly service delivery reports, status updates and performance metrics.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and delivery governance sessions.
• Ensure service quality, timely issue resolution and adherence to agreed delivery commitments.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate communication between technical, functional and infrastructure resources.
