Raise is hiring a Project Manager - IT - Expert for a top client in Toronto. The role combines traditional project governance with agile squad delivery in an asset-management setting, requiring hands-on coordination across multiple workstreams and data-focused initiatives.

You will drive the delivery lifecycle, produce status reports and RAID logs, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure stakeholders are aligned.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience across Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience in Agile delivery, managing multiple squads/workstreams, roadmaps and schedules.
• Excellent stakeholder management across geographically diverse teams.
• Strong governance, RAID management, dependencies, risks and reporting.
• PM certifications: PMP, PgMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe.

Project Manager - IT - Expert

• Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1-day remote)
• Pay Rate: $88.82/hr - $104.87/hr
• Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities

• Traditional project and program management – splitting time managing multiple agile squad workstreams, and possibly separate technology projects (medium size) simultaneously in an asset management setting, primarily with a data domain focus.
• Documenting the typical Project Delivery Lifecycle artefacts (status reporting, project workbooks, RAID logs, benefits tracking, risk assessments, etc; supporting technology delivery teams and business units in project delivery; aligning stakeholders, identify and manage through risks, issues, dependencies, keeping workstream owners/delegates accountable.
• Ability to get into the details and roll up sleeves along with the team.

Must-have Skills

• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery, managing multiple squads/workstreams, project roadmaps, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing and aligning geographically diverse stakeholders.
• Strong experience in project governance, RAID management, dependencies, risks, issues, KPIs, and delivery reporting.
• PMP, PgMP, CSM, PSM, and/or SAFe certification.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Previous experience in Asset Management / Investment Banking, with an understanding of front, middle, and back-office operations.
• Exposure to Data Platforms and technologies such as Snowflake and Oracle SQL.
• Previous experience working with banking
• Ability to get into technical details and work closely with the team when required.
