Job summary

Raise is hiring for a senior project management opportunity in Toronto focused on a large-scale modernization of an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM environment. Qualifications

• Experience leading functional teams through analysis, design, and deployment on large projects.
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll functions, onboarding activities with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Ability to analyze defects and prioritize fixes.
• Experience with system integration and payroll testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the functional deliverables with business partners, providing senior functional expertise and project leadership.
• Coordinate testing activities related to PeopleSoft upgrades and feature enablement.
• Provide functional guidance to clients and team on PeopleSoft HCM for project goals.
• Lead analysis, design, and configuration of the OPS HR/Payroll system (WIN) and testing activities.
• Suggest design and testing improvements to reduce effort and improve quality.
