On behalf of our Cybersecurity client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Security for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton or Calgary office.

Project Manager - Security - Job Description :

The Project Manager - Security will lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives to protect the organization’s digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and overseeing the implementation of cybersecurity solutions to enhance the overall security posture.

Project Manager - Security - Responsibilities :

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, security analysts, compliance officers, and vendors.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets.

Project Manager - Security - Mandatory Skills :

• Cybersecurity Knowledge : Understanding of security principles, threats, and technologies.
