Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, business, operations, finance or related field with 4+ years of project/operations experience.
• Strong experience with project coordination, formal reporting, invoicing, timekeeping, documentation, PM software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize metrics to leadership.
• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance (reliability status).
• Autonomy in unstructured environments; self-prioritization and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, coordinate cross‑functional activities, track deliverables, and provide clear status updates to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Timekeeping and Labour Reporting: ensure project hours are entered accurately and reconciled with budgets and invoicing.
• Government Client Reporting and Invoicing: prepare monthly client reports and supporting documentation.
• Government Funding and Compliance: manage documentation and claims for government contracts and SR&ED.
• SR&ED Documentation: coordinate technical, financial, and project evidence year-round.
• Project Management Software Ownership: administer Monday.com, train users, and improve adoption.
• Production Scale-Up: support transition from prototyping to mass production and manage risks.
• Cross-Functional Company Support: assist leadership with analyses, audits, and special projects.
