This is a high-visibilty, cross-functional role where you'll own end-to-end launch coordination - ensuring Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and external partners are all aligned from pre-approval planning through post-launch review. You'll need to understand the full complexity of generic pharmaceutical launches including Health Canada timelines, NOC readiness, artwork and labelling, market entry timing, pricing and reimbursement, and CMO coordination.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and post-launch review across our generic portfolio

  • Develop and maintain detailed launch plans - timelines, milestones, critical path, risks, owners, and decision points

  • Track all launch-critical activities: regulatory approval, labelling/artwork, batch manufacturing, quality release, inventory, pricing, and customer set-up

  • Serve as the central coordination point across all internal functions and external partners

  • Facilitate launch meetings, document decisions, track action items, and drive accountability

  • Coordinate with CMOs, packagers, artwork vendors, and logistics providers to keep external commitments on track

  • Proactively identify and elevate risks, delays, and cross-functional misalignments

  • Build and maintain launch trackers, dashboards, templates, and stage-gate governance processes

  • Prepare concise executive launch updates and summaries for senior leadership

  • Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial readiness with Supply Chain and Commercial teams

We're looking for:

  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical project management, product launches, supply chain, regulatory operations, or commercial operations

  • Experience supporting launches in a regulated market - generic pharma strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, competing projects simultaneously

  • Strong PM discipline - timeline development, risk tracking, escalation, and meeting facilitation

  • Hands-on experience working with CMOs, vendors, or third-party suppliers

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to brief both working teams and senior leadership clearly
