Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a MAC Project Manager with 5+ years post-graduate experience in management of moves, adds and changes within commercial spaces. The role requires coordinating complex moves, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering on-site plans with a strong client focus.

Hybrid work model with a base salary range of CAD 75k–120k. PMP desirable; degree in engineering/architecture preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and project tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduate experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Commercial or retail fit-out experience required.
• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver MAC activities within an assigned portfolio.
• Process large furniture reconfigurations, AV and large project moves.
• Ensure data accuracy within move management and OP systems.
• Provide updated floor plans to Occupancy Planning to maintain occupancy info.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and project requirements.
• Proactively manage project-related issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate planning meetings with client, stakeholders and managers.
• Prepare/update project status reports and invoices, and track finances.
• Prepare RFPs and vendor/contractor service levels for the project.
• Communicate offerings and best practices to clients, and ensure policy alignment.
• Maintain and improve client relationships and develop new ones.

Job Description

• Plan and deliver all MAC activities within an assigned portfolio
• Process large furniture reconfigurations, large AV and large\project move requests
• Ensure data accuracy within move management and OP systems
• Provide updated floor plans to OP to maintain occupancy information
• Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
• Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
• Coordinate and participate in planning meetings with the client, Occupancy Planning and other key stakeholders, Facility Manager, Project Manager and Construction Manager; as required
• Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
• Prepare various RFP’s & level for vendor and contractor services for the complete project.
• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
• Incorporation of “best practices” into all projects
• Ensure MAC processes are managed in accordance with the client’s and T&T’s policies and procedures
• Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance
• Ensure all project initiation, execution and closeout documentation are complete
• Directly responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing client relationships and by developing new relationships.
• Functions as a subject matter expert for a specific product or service. Able to communicate all available products and service offerings of the Firm.
• Comply with all T&T policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics and business practice

5+years of experienceas a Project Manager inassistingor supervising construction

Commercial or retail fit out experience isrequired

A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering,Architectureor a relevant subject

PMPcertification is highly desirable

Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint, & Project or P6.

Strongwithnumbers, technology, and web-based data platforms.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
