Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. (SES) seeks a seasoned Project Manager to drive mid to large-scale electronic security projects. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to define scope, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery.

A strong PM background in security is expected, with leadership and client-facing experience. Responsibilities include maintaining client communications, documenting changes, and preparing annual reviews.

Qualifications

• PM/Project management experience in electronic security or related field.
• 2+ years of Electronic Security Project Management experience.
• Proven project management skills for technical, medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing with leadership track record.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide general technical knowledge and expertise to departments and clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers.
• Document change-orders and ensure proper relaying to National Account Managers and the Manager, Project Coordination for pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales lead to define client requirements.
• Maintain National Accounts database and ensure information is up-to-date.
• Create and publish annual customer reviews and assist sales with quotes as needed.
• Ensure all required documentation, drawings, and sign-offs are received for project closure.
• Collaborate on development/evaluation of new products providing technical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Providegeneraltechnicalknowledgeandexpertisetodepartmentswithintheorganization (such as installation, service, sales, etc.) as well as to clients
• Establishandmaintaineffectiveandcontinuouscommunicationwithcustomers
• Ensure that change-orders and add-ons are documented and are relayed to National Account Managers and the Manager, Project Coordination as per set procedures, so that additional charges can be applied as required
• WorkcloselywiththeSalesleadtohelpdefinetheclient’srequirements
• MaintainNationalAccountsdatabaseandSBNiscurrentanduptodate
• CreateandpublishAnnualcustomer’sreviews
• Assistthesalesforceinthepreparationofquoteswhenrequired
• Ensurethatallrequireddocumentation,drawingsandsign-offsarereceivedsothattheproject can be properly closed-off
• Collaborate and participate, when required, in the development and/or evaluation of new products to provide expert technical feedback
