Job summary

SERVPRO in Vancouver seeks a Restoration Project Manager to own projects from first call to final invoice. Benefits include a base salary of 65,000–80,000 plus a performance bonus and a company vehicle, with extended health and dental and paid vacation.

Join a multilingual team and drive end-to-end restoration projects, coordinating with insurers, property managers, and homeowners while maintaining budgets and timelines. Field and office role with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience in restoration (or closely related).
• Proficiency with Xactimate required; XactAnalysis and Encircle are assets.
• Knowledge of insurance claims process and IICRC standards (WRT cert an asset).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization; able to juggle multiple projects.
• Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own restoration projects end-to-end: scoping, estimating, crew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout
• Write accurate estimates in Xactimate and manage claims through XactAnalysis
• Work directly with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to keep claims moving
• Lead and support field technicians; conduct site inspections at every project phase
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and margins; deliver projects on target
• Keep documentation complete and claim-ready (photos, moisture logs, scope notes)
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (approx. 4–5 weeks/year)

SERVPRO is one of North America's most recognized names in property restoration. Our Vancouver team handles water, fire, and mold losses across the Lower Mainland — residential, commercial, and strata. We're growing fast, and we need a PM who can own projects from first call to final invoice.

Location: Greater Vancouver, field + office

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday + on-call rotation
