Job summary

SERVPRO Vancouver is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to own restoration projects from scoping to closeout. You will write estimates in Xactimate, manage claims, and coordinate with adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to keep claims moving.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restoration PM experience, proficiency with Xactimate, and strong leadership with multi-project multitasking. A BC driver's license is required; work will be field plus office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience in restoration (or closely related)
• Proficiency with Xactimate required; XactAnalysis and Encircle an asset
• Familiarity with insurance claims process; WRT certification an asset (funded)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization; multitask across projects
• Valid BC Driver's License and clean driving record
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Own restoration projects end-to-end: scoping, estimating, crew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, closeout
• Write accurate estimates in Xactimate and manage claims through XactAnalysis
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to move claims forward
• Lead and support field technicians; conduct site inspections at each project phase
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and margins; deliver projects on target
• Keep documentation complete and claim-ready (photos, moisture logs, scope notes)
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response (approx. 4–5 weeks/year)

SERVPRO is one of North America's most recognized names in property restoration. Our Vancouver team handles water, fire, and mold losses across the Lower Mainland — residential, commercial, and strata. We're growing fast, and we need a PM who can own projects from first call to final invoice.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years project management experience in restoration (or closely related: insurance construction, remediation)
• Proficiency with Xactimate required; XactAnalysis and Encircle an asset
• Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and IICRC standards (WRT certification an asset — we'll fund additional certifications)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization; able to juggle multiple active projects
• Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
