Job Description:

Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our team! In this role you will get to manage a team of professionals to deliver iconic infrastructure projects for renowned clients in the UAE.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project.

  • Forecast and manage project revenue, labor costs, and gross profit.

  • Develop and manage project budget, ensuring profitability.

  • Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

  • Establish and manage key project plans (e.g., Health and Safety, Quality Assurance).

  • Monitor adherence to project requirements and deliverables.

  • Assign responsibilities to team members based on qualifications.

  • Negotiate scope of work changes with clients and subcontractors.

  • Build and maintain client relationships, securing additional work.

  • Support staff career development, training, and performance management.

  • Participate in professional organizations and industry networking events.

  • Collaborate with team to create budgets, schedules, and project plans.

  • Address cost overruns, delays, and scope changes with clients.

  • Ensure timely change orders and promote quality assurance practices.

  • Report on project progress, milestones, and conditions affecting cost/schedule.

  • Represent the company in client and subcontractor interactions.

  • Lead project status meetings and action item formulation.

  • Contribute to proposal development and business development efforts.

  • Stay updated on project pipeline and client opportunities.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related Technical/Business Field

  • Minimum 12 years of related infrastructure delivery experience

  • a broad general technical and business background

  • Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in mgmt capacity

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills (English)

  • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

  • Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects

  • Industry Standard Software skills: MS Office, Teams, AutoCAD, Oracle Primavera, etc.
