Qualifikationen

• 5+ years ICI-focused Project Management experience.
• Experience leading projects in New build and Renovations/fit-outs.
• Projects valued between $5M–$20M lead experience.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain clearance is required.

Aufgaben

• Manage budgets and cost forecasting.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
• Plan and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as needed.
• Prepare construction schedules and monitor progress.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Purchase supplies, tools and materials.
• Document control.
• Change Management.
• Prepare progress reports and billings.
• Build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
• Prepare project close-out documents.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and on time.
