The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective project execution across complex industrial environments. This position is accountable for the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and FLINT's operational excellence standards. Working collaboratively with clients, project controls, engineering, field operations, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager is responsible for driving project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives while fostering strong relationships and effective communication throughout project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project leader who is passionate about delivering successful projects, building high-performing teams, and maintaining FLINT's commitment to safety, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
