Job summary

Bond is seeking a Project Manager, Experiential Marketing, to lead sponsorship and live activation programs from concept to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling brand experiences for automotive and other clients.

The role requires 3–5 years in client-facing project management within experiential marketing or related fields, with strong communication and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience in experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, retail marketing, or promotional campaigns.
  • Experience in an experiential agency or brand experience environment.
  • Experience in automotive marketing or with automotive clients is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong PM skills: planning, scheduling, prioritization, budget tracking, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with staffing teams, vendors, and third-party partners in live events.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of PM platforms/tools.
  • A post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing/event management/communications or related field is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution of sponsorship and experiential marketing programs, from development through live activation.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, critical paths, and status trackers to keep programs on schedule and budget.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (client leadership, creative, digital, production, operations) for seamless delivery.
  • Develop program recommendations, proposals, budgets, and quotes for clients.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and strategic planning for innovative experiential solutions.
  • Lead on-site activation of activations and events, including setup, teardown, staffing, travel, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee program financials: budget tracking, reconciliations, vendor management, invoicing, reporting.
  • Review assets/deliverables for quality and timeliness; ensure alignment with timelines.
  • Build client relationships through clear updates and proactive problem-solving.
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and prepare strategic presentations for client objectives.
  • Own lifecycle deliverables: post-event reports, recaps, results summaries, recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Support management of client/agency-owned assets and external partners.

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, retail marketing, or promotional campaigns
  • Experience in an experiential agency or similar brand experience environment
  • Experience in automotive marketing or with automotive clients is an asset

  • Lead onsite execution of activations and events, including setup, teardown, staffing coordination, travel, and issue resolution
  • Oversee program financials, including budget tracking, reconciliations, vendor management, invoice processing, and financial reporting
  • Review and coordinate program assets and deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with timelines
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and prepare presentations with strategic recommendations aligned to client objectives
  • Own key project lifecycle deliverables, including post-event reports, recaps, results summaries, and recommendations for future improvement
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, improve execution, and strengthen client partnerships
  • Support the management of client and agency-owned assets, including inventory, condition, maintenance, and repairs
  • Coordinate external partners such as influencers, photographers, videographers, media, and event support staff as needed

Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 CAD annually.
