As an integral member of the Patient Education and Engagement Program, the Patient Education Coordinator – Web Resources helps create a culture of health literacy, patient education and engagement by participating in the production cycle of electronic UHN patient education publications and resources. The Coordinator works closely with all members of the Patient Education and Engagement team and in partnership with clinical teams and health professions, building education and engagement best practices into daily operations at UHN through a focus on clear communication. The Coordinator is responsible for content staging for all UHN patient education electronic publications, acting as a communications consultant both for authors of patient education material and the internal and external needs of the Patient Education Program; maintaining Patient Education Program editorial policy and publishing procedures.
