Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Project Manager CRM to lead the implementation, optimization, and strategic development of CRM systems and campaigns. Your expertise will help drive customer-centric strategies aligned with our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM projects from planning to execution, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, data, and design teams to align CRM initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies supporting segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
• Ensure timely delivery of CRM projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
• Stay updated on CRM and marketing automation trends.
• Evaluate and recommend CRM tools and platforms.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and campaign impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a CRM Project Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and automation tools.
• Strong project management skills, familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, segmentation, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset for deriving insights from data.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master).
• Experience managing advertising campaigns with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, journey mapping, lifecycle marketing.
• Understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).
