Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of workplace, real estate, and capital projects within a leading financial services environment.

Reporting to the Project Delivery leadership team, you will play a key role in managing complex projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong project leadership, exceptional organization, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

As a trusted project leader, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project execution, maintain governance standards, manage project risks, and measure value realization. Your ability to align project outcomes with business objectives while delivering an exceptional end‑user experience will be critical to success.

You will support projects within ATB Financial's People Places & Spaces (PP&S) team, the group responsible for real estate strategy, workplace experience, design, construction, facilities management, and the ongoing transformation of both corporate and client‑facing environments across Alberta.

Leveraging Turner & Townsend's industry‑leading project controls, governance practices, and delivery expertise, you will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Project Governance & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, status reports, decision registers, and close‑out records.
  • Risk & Project Health Management: Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Value Realization & Reporting: Track and report on project outcomes, benefits, and value realization, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Evaluate project impacts on people, processes, and operations, supporting smooth implementation and successful transition management.
  • Project Close‑Out: Lead project handover and close‑out activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed, documented, and transitioned effectively to operational stakeholders.
