Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Real Estate to support onboarding, design/construction processes, procurement, and reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure project goals are met while maintaining document controls and invoices.

The role offers a flexible, hybrid work approach in Canada with a base salary range to reflect role and experience, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager coordinating projects of increasing complexity.
• A university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject.
• Willingness to pursue CAPM, PMP or P.Eng.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
