Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 in Richmond, BC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects. You will coordinate with sales, estimators, and customers to process shop drawings, site measures, orders, and shipping while managing subcontract installers.

You will review change orders, price them for profitability, resolve site challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction from delivery through completion.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
• A valid state driver’s license and a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and installation of washroom projects with sales and estimating teams.
• Process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend meetings and arrange shipping.
• Manage third-party subcontract installers on job sites.
• Review pricing for change orders and pursue profitable sales.
• Resolve project issues, delays, and site conditions as they arise.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on orders and deliveries.
• Work with warehouse and drivers to complete projects.
• Address deficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction at delivery.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.
