Job summary

GD Lead is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial real estate projects from planning through delivery. You will estimate costs, prepare budgets and analyze plans for tenders, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction project management with concrete estimating experience and strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector an asset).
• Concrete experience in project estimating.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD or estimating software.

Required profile

• Training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector an asset)
