Pinchin is seeking a Project Technologist to join our Property Condition Assessment / Building Science and Sustainability team in Richmond. This new role reports to the Operations Manager.
Department Overview
Pinchin's Property Condition Assessment / Building Science and Sustainability team delivers practical capital planning assessments and science-based solutions that enhance building owner's preparedness for the future and improve building performance, durability, and resiliency. Our multidisciplinary experts collaborate on assessments, restoration, and design projects to help clients protect assets, manage risk, and extend the life of their buildings.
