Job summary

SSA Recruitment Canada is partnering with a well-established Vancouver general contractor to hire a Project Manager for its growing Commercial TI division. You’ll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, client relationships, and project teams across commercial tenant improvements and occupied renovations throughout Metro Vancouver.

This role requires 8+ years PM experience with a BC GC, commercial TI experience, and City of Vancouver project

Qualifications

• 8+ years PM experience with a BC GC
• Commercial TI experience
• City of Vancouver project experience
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and budget
• Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project proficiency
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, client relationships, and project teams across commercial tenant improvements and occupied renovations throughout Metro Vancouver.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants and trades to ensure project success while maintaining safety and quality standards.
